Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: October 13, 2026

Welcome to Spreadle. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Spreadle provides custom web development, mobile application development, software solutions, WhatsApp integrations, business workflows and hosted staff dashboards. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate project proposal or invoice provided to the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary assets (text, images, logos, API keys) required for project completion in a timely manner. Delays in providing these assets will result in a delay in the project delivery timeline.

3. Revisions and Scope Creep

Our development packages include a set number of revision rounds as defined in your project proposal. Any feature requests or major design changes outside the original agreed-upon scope will be billed as additional work at our standard hourly rate.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final and full payment, the client owns the rights to the final custom code and designs produced for their specific project. Spreadle reserves the right to use screenshots or links to the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

Spreadle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services, third-party hosting failures, or software bugs.

6. Business accounts, data and messaging

The customer must be authorized to connect and operate the business accounts used for the service and authorizes Spreadle to configure and operate the agreed integration on its behalf. The customer is responsible for accurate customer and appointment information, necessary notices and permissions to process that information, and permission to provide details for other people, including family members.

Customers and their staff must use messaging only for permitted purposes and follow applicable Meta/WhatsApp terms, messaging rules and consent requirements. They must respect messaging windows, template requirements and requests to stop messages. They must not use the service for spam, unauthorized messages or processing that violates applicable platform rules.

7. Staff access and service dependencies

Customers are responsible for deciding which staff may access their dashboard, protecting staff credentials, removing access when it is no longer appropriate and reporting suspected misuse. Account access must not be shared with unauthorized people.

Connected services depend on Meta/WhatsApp, Supabase, hosting providers and any agreed appointment integration such as DoctoSmart. Provider outages, restrictions, account reviews, API changes or messaging/template decisions can affect availability and delivery. A demonstration or an advertised or planned integration does not establish that every feature is available in your service; the written project scope determines the deliverables.

Payment terms are confirmed in the proposal or invoice. Spreadle's development, hosting or support service fee is distinct from third-party messaging, hosting, database and integration charges. Your scope identifies included costs and costs you pay separately. Third-party charges and account conditions are set by those providers.

8. Suspension, termination and remaining data

Access may need to be suspended to address unauthorized use, a security risk or a restriction imposed by a connected provider. Service cancellation, notice and payment arrangements follow the agreed project or maintenance terms and our cancellation and refund policy. Any additional suspension or termination arrangements should be agreed in the service scope.

Ending access does not itself erase every stored record. We coordinate handling of remaining data with the customer and applicable provider, subject to user deletion requests, applicable law and platform requirements. Meta Platform Data must be deleted when required by those requirements, including when the relevant customer account or service ends. Independent business records remain subject to that business's responsibilities.

9. Privacy and contact

Read our Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions for processing and manual requests. Contact spreadlellc@gmail.com about these terms or your service.
